Estimates are valid for 30 days. A signed contract and deposit are required before work begins. Timelines may vary based on weather and permit processing. Change orders must be documented in writing. We reserve the right to substitute materials of equal or greater quality if necessary.
We accept major credit cards, ACH, checks, and financing. A 25-50% deposit may be required. Progress payments apply to large projects. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly fee. Financing is subject to credit approval.
We offer a 5-year workmanship warranty. This does not cover normal wear and tear, negligence, or acts of God. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to the customer. Extended home warranty plans are subject to separate terms.
You may cancel within 3 business days of signing without penalty. Afterward, cancellation terms in your contract apply. Deposits may be non-refundable if work has started. We will attempt to remedy any dissatisfaction before issuing refunds for completed work.
Blissful Custom Home's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, regardless of the legal theory under which they are sought.
You agree to indemnify Blissful Custom Home against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
